To satisfy Executive Orders, many government websites have been taken down or "are being modified" including ones relied upon by health professionals and researchers. Library Services is working on alternative sources of surveillance and information data.
While datasets do not have easy alternatives, the Internet Archive will retain captured data.

Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System
Coordinated by the CDC, RFSS is a state-based system of health surveys that collects information on health risk behaviors, preventive health practices, and health care access primarily related to chronic disease and injury.
Data Resource Center for Child & Adolescent Health
The National Survey of Children’s Health (NSCH) provides rich data on multiple, intersecting aspects of children’s lives—including physical and mental health, access to and quality of health care, and the child’s family, neighborhood, school, and social context.
HIV/AIDS Statistics Center
CDC’S National HIV Surveillance System is the primary source for monitoring HIV trends in the United States.
HIV/AIDS Surveillance Database
Compilation of information on the AIDS pandemic and on HIV seroprevalence (infection) in population groups in developing countries, from studies appearing in the medical and scientific literature, presented at international conferences, and appearing in the press.
Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report: MMWR
The CDC reports data on specific diseases as reported by state and territorial health departments and reports on infectious and chronic diseases, environmental hazards, natural or human-generated disasters, occupational diseases and injuries, and intentional and unintentional injuries.
National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System
The CDC lists notifiable infectious and non-infectious diseases.
National Oral Health Surveillance System (NOHSS)
Statistics on oral health indicators for adults, children and water fluoridation from the CDC.
National Survey of Family Growth
The NSFG gathers information on pregnancy and births, marriage and cohabitation, infertility, use of contraception, family life, and general and reproductive health
Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER)
The National Institute of Health (NIH) and National Cancer Institute (NCI) reports cancer incidence and survival in the United States.
Web-based Injury Statistics Query and Reporting System (WISQARS)
WISQARS provides customized reports of injury-related data.
Worker Health Surveillance Data and Statistics
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) provides surveillance research addressing multiple areas of workplace safety and health
Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS)
The CDC monitors six categories of priority health-risk behaviors among youth and young adults -- behaviors that contribute to unintentional and intentional injuries; tobacco use; alcohol and other drug use; sexual behaviors that contribute to unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) (including HIV infection); unhealthy dietary behaviors; and physical inactivity.
